The Single-User Basic Off-Flavour Training Kit contains flavour spikes for six common beer flaws: three that result from the brewing process and three that result from handling or service issues.
These flavour spikes are:
- Dimethyl sulfide (DMS)
- Diacetyl
- Acetaldehyde
- Trans-2-nonenal
- Lightstruck
- Infection

*Please note that the powder in your flavour capsules may become compacted during shipping. Kneading or massaging the capsules prior to opening them can loosen the powder so it dissolves readily in your beer.
